Registered Trademark Search
Search for existing registered trademarks in the federal database — and beyond it — to identify conflicts before you file.
The Federal Register
The USPTO register contains every trademark application and registration ever filed, including live registrations, pending applications, and historical records. Our search uses phonetic, visual, and semantic matching to identify marks that may not share spelling but could create likelihood of confusion.
What Records Tell You
Each record includes the mark, owner, goods description, Nice Classification classes, filing and registration dates, status, and prosecution history. This information is essential for evaluating conflicts and understanding how the mark was characterized during examination.
Beyond the Register
A registered trademark search is critical but not sufficient alone. Trademark rights can be established without registration through use in commerce. Every search we conduct includes federal, state, and common law layers.
